All orders placed through pntsol.com are processed, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail and quality. Our products are often made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Original artwork, specialty prints, or limited editions may require additional time depending on the nature of the item. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery: We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and order size. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. International delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and carrier availability. PNTSOL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs inspections.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions within the U.S. — these will be clearly noted at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout, as PNTSOL cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders: We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once your package reaches its destination country. These additional charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Damaged or Lost Packages: We take packaging seriously to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pntsol.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you. If your package is lost or delayed, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges: Because many of our items are made to order, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@pntsol.com so we can review your situation and make it right.
