At PNTSOL, every piece is created with care and intention — from original artwork to limited-edition prints and merchandise. Because many of our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both our customers and our artists.
All Sales Are Final: Most PNTSOL products, including custom artwork, limited-edition prints, and made-to-order items, are considered final sale. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of each creation and ensures that every item remains unique and untampered with. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pntsol.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please notify us at info@pntsol.com so we can assist in tracking your shipment and communicating with the carrier. PNTSOL is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipment has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please email info@pntsol.com as soon as possible with your order details. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
Refunds: Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
